Had Difficulties in getting my service contract processes through administrative staff. Spring came and went with no spring call. I finally called to inquire why no service call. They overlooked me. Scheduled my app[tmt but hen it had to be canceled due to another urgent call. Keith came out today in horrible heat but got my spring service call finally accomplished on July 10. I asked if Keith coudl schedule fall apptmt and he called and did so. Office seems to have sme issues. I count on Keith to do a good job and he has never let me down. Office staff ? not so much.

I wanted to follow up to let you know how much I appreciate being your customer. The simple fact that you read my job survey review and immediately contacted me (Which I clearly stated that I was not unhappy) to make sure all work was completed per my wishes when purchasing the unit is enough to make me a lifetime customer. Very satisfied with Air Solutions overall. Only company that I got estimates from that took the time to measure house, windows, ceiling heights, inspect attic unit, etc. After going through summer and now starting into winter, I am really glad I got my HVAC replaced. It is a much more efficient and adequate cooling and heating system than my old one; I have been able to adjust the thermostat several degrees from what the old system required. Bills are lower too! I highly recommend Air Solutions.

I have upstairs bathtub and sink faucet repairs that are needed, as well as kitchen sink faucet and downstairs toilet that need to be looked at but are currently in working order. I was really needing to see if i could get the upstairs repairs done before this weekend if at all possible My main concern right now is the bathtub faucet...it completely came apart and we can't even use the tub at all.

I have a couple things i need looked at first the facet in my back yard was leaking, I had someone get it to stop but he suggested i have someone service it before the winter. Second my master bath toilet had a puddle of water around it. I have turned the water off there from the wall but would like someone to look at the issue. Hello, I'm needing Keith, Josh or one of the guys to come out and see what units I'm needing. I had one of the guys come out and get my heat going again. I advised him I was needing to get a new unit and respectfully he agreed. I'm going to purchase by the 2nd week of March. I wanted them to see if I needed one big A/C unit or a unit for downstairs and one for upstairs.. I wanted you to know ahead of time My budget is $ 5000.00 cash. I think my hot water tank has went out and/or I have a leak. I can hear water running fast under my bedroom floor. I live in mobile home. I am needing to know what the issue is so that I can make plans on what needs to be done next.

Our upstairs unit is not working, I noticed the temp was at 82 degrees. I tried to turn down the temp to start it. the air handler buzzed for about 10 seconds then nothing. It is hot up here. Please let me know when you can come out.
