Cooling & Heating Tips

Make sure your air filter remains clean! A dirty filter will decrease your air conditioning unit's efficiency, causing it to use more energy. Avoid this problem by checking your air filter every month, and changing it approximately every three months.

Use a programmable thermostat! Increase the temperature when the house is empty. When you are home, set the temperature at 78 degrees for a balance of comfort, energy, and cost savings.

Replace the furnace air filter! Because furnace air filters trap a significant amount of dust, pnt, and debris, they can cause malfunction. By replacing the filter twice a year, you can ensure the heating system continues to function properly.

Get your heater inspected annually! To ensure your heater runs as efficiently as possible and that you avoid facing expensive repairs, getting your heating system inspected by a professional.

I was told I needed a new furnace, the technicians report said there was a feeling movement in the system that caused to kill the switch of the burners. Also told me that the heat exchanger was cracked. Offered a estimate of the heat exchanger and also cleaning the air movement system. For my better judgment I had a second opinion and a technician that does heating and cooling on my businesses to take a look at it. Luckily my Heat/AC guy is honest and more informative than your technician. He was able to completely look through out my whole system to reassure me, i didn’t need a new furnace or any other parts that were pushed upon me. I wanted To let you and you company know, that with a heavy heart i feel I was Cheated, and lied to.

Service was very good
What is disturbing is that you advertise that if the system broke down, service would be free. As it turned out that wasn't the case. When the tech started the statement I asked about the service free statement. He said that service free only applied to the diagnostics. He did give me a 25% discount from, I thought, too much to replace a cap. and was here perhaps 15 minutes. I even told him enough info, from my experience, that it probably the starter cap. Every one of your customers that I asked thought, same as I, that service was free and we would be paying for parts. That info should be stated up front what service means.

Always timely and courteous.
The technicians are very helpful, speaking to me in layman's terms and are quite punctual, even waiting for me if I'm a few minutes late!! They are honest and knowledgeable, which is a big plus. I wouldn't do business elsewhere.

Plumbing problems
The service man was very friendly. I was surprised at the cost of the service and the bill wasn't broke down into parts, labor. Etc. not the usual receipt for Air Solutions.

Excellent and timely service
We had a bad & costly experience previously with another company!
It was refreshing to get someone who did a good job right the first time and reasonable cost. Our plumber Ed Rhody restored out faith in quality and excellent service.

We are experiencing a leak under our mobile home. We were wondering if it would be possible to get an estimate for the repair and how long it would take to begin the work. Possibly a hot water line, but I am not totally sure.
