Joshua explained and showed us everything he was doing and why. even found a couple of other issues that were not part of the original dispatch and he went above and beyond to make sure we knew what and why the issue needed to be repaired. We never felt pressured to make those repairs but his work ethic, knowledge and up front honesty of the situation is what made us choose to do so. His Outstanding quality of work as well as his high integrity sold us on continuing to use them for our maintenance needs

My 10-year-old Lennox air conditioner stopped working, and replacing the capacitor didn't make it start again. I called Air Solutions for a second opinion after a different HVAC company recommended replacing the entire system. Joshua from Air Solutions arrived, determined what was needed was a new condenser fan motor, and had it working just fine again in no time. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he was willing to explain what he was doing so that I could understand. Air Solutions will be my first call next time I need HVAC repair!

We have been customers for years for their twice a year Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance. We needed to replace a 24-year-old unit. We received multiple replacement bids based on our desired energy efficiency with recommendations. Their installation team was on-time, laid carpet and floor covers before starting work and then took extra steps to correct mistakes from the original install (complete with videos and pictures to show what had been incorrectly installed with our first unit). Questions were promptly answered. Their quality work included extra fail-safe alarms for any possible future issue. Very pleased and highly recommend.
