Our Story

In 1993, Kieth Hilligoss Jr. started out with nothing more than what his dad had given him: a deep belief in the value of hard work and an old rusted-out Ford pickup truck. No savings. No investors. No backup plan. Just a willingness to outwork problems and treat people right.

Kieth’s dad taught him that a person’s name and work ethic are the two things they truly own. So when he put his name on the side of that truck, it meant something. Every call was personal. Every job was a chance to prove that a service company could be different.

The first employee he hired was a friend named Eric—someone who shared the same simple values:

Show up when you say you will.
Tell the truth, even when it is uncomfortable.
Treat every home like it belongs to your own family.

Those early years were not glamorous. There was no startup capital and plenty of moments when the business barely survived. But job by job, referral by referral, something important happened: homeowners started to notice the difference.

Who We Are Today

What started with one rusted-out truck and a friend has grown into a team of 37 dedicated professionals serving the Tulsa Metro area.

Now known as the “Team in Green,” Air Solutions provides:
