Could not be happier with the service that Brandon Riddle provided. We had a bog clog in the kitchen pipes, everything was backing up, including washing machine drain.He explained everything in detail, was very cautious about not making more mess than was necessary, and I have received a video showing was fixed and where the problem was. Very nice and polite throughout the entire time.Definitely recommended

Mitch was fantastic and did our electrical home inspection. Let us know if anything was life threatening, which it wasn’t. Yay! Have an older home so wanted to make sure that work done by previous owners was safe. He did have some suggestions of things that could be done on the future to make things work even better. One item that needed to be done right away, was quick and came with a great warranty. Highly recommend

Brandon did a great job clearing the drain to my dishwasher. He was quick (about 1/2 an hour) and efficient. The 2 stars are because I was told on the phone that they had a $99 special to clear ANY drain. That was why I chose them. But...I was charged $198. When I asked why, I was told that that was only for drains with a clean out! THAT is a much bigger job than what they did. I called the office and had to leave a message, something I had not had to do before. I never received a call back. I feel like I was gas-lighted. I was very clear about the fact that my dishwasher wasn't draining all the way. If there was a caveat to their ANY DRAIN special, I should have been informed and then not ignored when I called to question it.
IN RESPONSE to your gracious reply: You will earn back my trust by refunding the overcharge in question.
EDITED REVIEW: I have since talked to Brian, a manager at Air Solutions Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical. He has refunded the amount that I was overcharged and apologized for the confusion and failure to adequately communicate the terms of the special.
