“Placed a call and had Matt & Derek out the next day to check out the water heater. Turns out we needed a new one and after a few minutes Matt verified that we did have a warranty and the cost of a new one would be covered. He did all the foot work and got us set up for a new one the very next day. They both arrived promptly and removed the broken tank. Derek stayed to prep for new tank while Matt went to make the exchange. Talk about fast, efficient and so so nice! These guys are top notch! We will definitely call for all our needs and request these guys! Very satisfied and highly recommend!”

“I give 5 stars to technicians that work at Air Solutions. They are careful and thorough. They take the time to discuss my system. I really like the video produced during their work that is left with me to review. What I don’t like: company of Air Solutions increased the yearly maintenance price by adding services I don’t plan to use. The services they thought were so jazzy are covered by my home warranty. I should have been sensed to see what added services would be important to me. There is only one level of maintenance plan. I don’t like being pinched into a one-size-fits-all and have to pay for it.”
