“We purchased entire new system approximately 11 years ago, we also bought the maintenance plan. We have had several issues with gas furnace and the technicians repaired/fixed the issues. Several times brought up issue of condenser leaking and they fixed the leak. About 2 years ago technician told he couldn't stop the leak and it was rusting out the catch pan and might short out the blower motor and told us he could fix the unit but very expensive fix and different grades of repair. Come to find out today by one of your competitors that this unit had a 10 year warranty but it was now past the date. I believe unit should have been replaced or at least fixed when it was still under warranty. We are now having to replace whole unit as blower motor is over 3200 dollars but new unit is 5000 dollars with at least a warranty. I will not or would not recommend your company for any HVAC work!”

After he fixed it, he was able to do a full maintenance check on it and gave us a full report of all that we needed to know. We moved in a year ago and are still learning this house. “We purchased a new HVAC system from Air Solutions. Their installation was excellent. However, during the installation in the attic above our garage an older joint in the condensate line came loose, dripped and ruined a section of the ceiling. The joint had not been visible to the installers. They had no idea it was dripping. I called Air Solutions. They came out quickly to assess the situation, made plans to correct it for us and within only a couple of days had their people here to fix it. Mike Silver! What a gem! A kind, caring, thoughtful and thorough individual. He went above and beyond to not only fix the damaged Sheetrock but to mend a couple of other older spots with water damage as well. He tried extremely hard to make everything like new including the texture on the ceiling. He had to make multiple trips here and was always absolutely terrific! We began using Air Solutions just after we moved in nearly twelve years ago and couldn’t be happier with them. In fact, shortly after we moved in we had a furnace issue in the middle of the night We called Air Solutions immediately because we had regularly seen their TV commercials and we had no experience with anyone where we live. Who showed up in the middle of the night? MIKE SILVER! We love this guy and all of the Air Solutions employees we have dealt with through the years. This is a First Class Company!”
