This is an extremely customer friendly company! I was having a stove vent hood issue that needed custom ductwork. After calling many different companies that weren’t interested I finally contacted Air Solutions and sure wish I started with them first! They were completely interested and engaged and fixed my overly drawn out problem without excuses. I want to thank everyone involved from the office to the tech people. I know in the scheme of things it was a small job but they truly made me feel heard and mattered. For those big companies that don’t want to be bothered maybe ask Air Solutions how they do it? This will be my first call from now on for both big and small jobs.

He persisted with my complicated issue until he identified the sources of the problem, then he and Josh Copeland proceeded to give me choices. I chose to replace my system, rather than invest in the old one. They installation team, James and Tom, accommodated my every need. They cleaned up after themselves and were careful not to damage the surroundings. They kept me informed about their progress and kept after it until it was installed perfectly! Fabulous!
