So Feb 15th temp in the teens be snowing for 2days. Around 130 p.m. heat & air-conditioning vents blowing cold air. Temp in the house went from 67 to 59 in about 45 minutes. I called 3 plumbing companies that said cannot assist you till Tuesday. Called a neighbor and got a name Air Solutions out of sand springs . Called @ 2:30 explained no heat in our home. We went on their priority list. Temp in the house dropped to 53%. At 4;30 received a call saying technician is on his way. Jeff the technician assessed our problem as a frozen drain pipe and bypassed with another temporary pvc pipe to flow into a large pan. We understood that it needed to be emptied every 2 to 4 hours. Bottom line we had heating our home. Once the frozen ground thawed Air Solutions could make necessary repairs. Called back on 21stf February put on their large list of customers with broken pipes and serious repair issues. Called back on 23 to see if we moved up the list. Scheduled us first up on the 25th. Another technician Chris showed up 8:20 and proceeded to assess our situation and have solutions to fix our problem . He did the work explained what he was going to do. Chris finished about 2HRS later. Will we become new customers of Air Solutions. Our heartfelt ♥thanks for a job well done start to finish.

This is an extremely customer friendly company! I was having a stove vent hood issue that needed custom ductwork. After calling many different companies that weren’t interested I finally contacted Air Solutions and sure wish I started with them first! They were completely interested and engaged and fixed my overly drawn out problem without excuses. I want to thank everyone involved from the office to the tech people. I know in the scheme of things it was a small job but they truly made me feel heard and mattered. For those big companies that don’t want to be bothered maybe ask Air Solutions how they do it? This will be my first call from now on for both big and small jobs.

He persisted with my complicated issue until he identified the sources of the problem, then he and Josh Copeland proceeded to give me choices. I chose to replace my system, rather than invest in the old one. They installation team, James and Tom, accommodated my every need. They cleaned up after themselves and were careful not to damage the surroundings. They kept me informed about their progress and kept after it until it was installed perfectly! Fabulous!
