Michael Morgan accurately diagnosed what the repairs would be. It took two visits to fix them. On the second repair appointment Air Solutions was able to get the parts in early and got Mike over to fix both of my HVAC units right before the polar vortex happened during the 3rd week of February 2025. Thanks for getting me the heat when I needed it the most.”

“Jonathan Greenlee came out to figure out what the problem was with my heater. He did an excellent job fixing the problem. Very respectful guy. The supply office closed before he finished working and he came back the next day to bring me filters for my heater. He actually took the time to explain everything to me and showed me how to put my filters in the correct way. I can’t say enough about the service I received. Thank you again Jonathan!”
“I am a renter, I was without heat. My landlord sent over Air Solutions, Air Solutions sent me Robert H.. Robert was such a blessing to have work on my heat, he was very knowledgeable about the equipment and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to help me restore heat to the home and keep it. He was called to replace a motor that had seized but he didn't stop there. He cleaned the flame censor, took the flue off and outside to clean it, he applied a fresh duct-taping (to the flue), he vacuumed out the cabinet, he also dislodged an obstruction in the blower. I cant thank Robert enough, I know that when I have a house of my own there's only one company I want to work on my HVAC.”

He is a very knowledgeable professional and is a respectful person. I would highly recommend him. We would never call anybody else for our plumbing needs. Job well done Matt!”
“We purchased entire new system approximately 11 years ago, we also bought the maintenance plan. We have had several issues with gas furnace and the technicians repaired/fixed the issues. Several times brought up issue of condenser leaking and they fixed the leak. About 2 years ago technician told he couldn't stop the leak and it was rusting out the catch pan and might short out the blower motor and told us he could fix the unit but very expensive fix and different grades of repair. Come to find out today by one of your competitors that this unit had a 10 year warranty but it was now past the date. I believe unit should have been replaced or at least fixed when it was still under warranty. We are now having to replace whole unit as blower motor is over 3200 dollars but new unit is 5000 dollars with at least a warranty. I will not or would not recommend your company for any HVAC work!”
“Christian came to fix our furnace, he was extremely diligently is finding exactly what was wrong with it. After he fixed it, he was able to do a full maintenance check on it and gave us a full report of all that we needed to know. We moved in a year ago and are still learning this house. He gave us great knowledge and advise for the future.”

“Great job. Meticulous work getting wiring, pipes organized and professional. Sealed all holes in house for new wires pipes w silicon. Added surge protectors and new fuse boxes. elevated condenser off concrete slab to reduce dirt.

“We purchased a new HVAC system from Air Solutions. Their installation was excellent. However, during the installation in the attic above our garage an older joint in the condensate line came loose, dripped and ruined a section of the ceiling. The joint had not been visible to the installers. They had no idea it was dripping. I called Air Solutions. They came out quickly to assess the situation, made plans to correct it for us and within only a couple of days had their people here to fix it. Mike Silver! What a gem! A kind, caring, thoughtful and thorough individual. He went above and beyond to not only fix the damaged Sheetrock but to mend a couple of other older spots with water damage as well. He tried extremely hard to make everything like new including the texture on the ceiling. He had to make multiple trips here and was always absolutely terrific! We began using Air Solutions just after we moved in nearly twelve years ago and couldn’t be happier with them. In fact, shortly after we moved in we had a furnace issue in the middle of the night We called Air Solutions immediately because we had regularly seen their TV commercials and we had no experience with anyone where we live. Who showed up in the middle of the night? MIKE SILVER! We love this guy and all of the Air Solutions employees we have dealt with through the years. This is a First Class Company!”
